EWEB actually signed the documents with the city manager in secret to install 5G Towers all over Eugene. They are also in the county part of Eugene that is on Lorane Hwy outside the city limits on the other side of Chambers St. 
You can actually see, if your street has 5G Towers on it. Click on the ARGIS MAP:

In the upper left hand corner it says Small Cell Public.
click on the left arrow and choose Address .
Type in street you live on, i.e. Willamette
You will see even before you type the word St. a drop down box with six addresses for small cell towers. Eugene has a grid of these at least 100 meters in every direction.
Now, you are probably really mad at about this and wondering what you can do.
