Action Plan to Protect Your Health and Family
EWEB in Eugene OR is now Forcing AMI Smart Meters on homes and businesses. Do not consent to a smart meter!
Take action immediately or EWEB will remove your safe analog meter without your consent. If you do not say or do anything, EWEB considers that “Tacit Agreement” and a truck arrives to remove your analog meter.
1) Start posting the NO TRESPASS, DO NOT INSTALL signs on your property and right near your meter. If they trespass, you can call the Police and go out and tell them to get off your property it is posted. Say: “You are trespassing, stay off my property and don’t come back. “
Also put up some fences or a cage / or metal strip or secured covering over your meter, just so they can see the meter to read it but cannot easily get their hands on the meter. 2) Make sure that you have mailed a letter certified mail and return receipt to EWEB that you do NOT Consent to a Smart Meter or a Digital meter. And send an email today cc’ing other local and state governmental bodies. State that you want to keep your analog meter. (Bigger images are here and here.)

You can also tell them there are disabled family members in the home/ if you have them, including EMF Sensitivity and that the Smart / Digital meters will make your family member worse and it is illegal to harm Americans with Disabilities. Ask for a Disability Accommodation [( EMF) (RF) disability]

3) Other issues your family may have: There is immediate danger from the Smart / Digital meters to those that have pacemakers, electrical medical device implants, C-Pap devices, electro-sensitive people and all beings as we are bio-electrical.
Women who are pregnant should not be exposed to these SMART or Digital meters or their infants or kids who have ADD, ADHA or Autism (which is 1 in 37 kids in Oregon now with Autism), learning disabilities, or headaches. We should ALL be able to continue to OPT OUT and keep our nice safe, reliable analog meters that last 45-60 years plus.
Many of the rate payers are elderly with existing medical conditions like cancer of all sorts, neurological problems, MS, stroke, cardiac issues, hypertension, dementia, ventricular tachycardia, chronic insomnia or auto immune problems. Anyone with micro clotting problems will be made worse from EMF emissions from these meters. And the meters themselves can cause all of these conditions as well.
Smart Meters have been known to explode or cause fires. Portland had to recently remove 75,000 Smart meters from homes due to fires.
EWEB has also admitted that they can sell your usage data….any privacy problems with that? The meters can also be hacked and there are concerns with grid integrity!
4) Also call the UPA Center which is the installers for the Smart and Digital meters that EWEB has hired 1-541-306-4396 Ask if you are on their work order to have your analog meter removed. Ask that they put you on a list to NOT remove your meter. Ask for their supervisor and get their name. You may be able to have the date for the removal postponed 3 times…..but keep telling them you do not comply or agree with their “Offer” to get a Smart meter.
5) The EWEB utility is supposed to have a contract with you the rate payer owner of EWEB, to provide SAFE electrical service. Since the meters are not safe….then if there is risk there needs to be choice….learn more from the ” IN POWER.org” video and site which is really important to view and also write a NOTICE of LIABILITY and mail that certified to EWEB. The Notice of Liability framework starts at about 45.00 minutes into this….but we found the rest of it very educational and this could be accomplished and done on a large scale for citizens. Apparently, this approach is working. Check out their websites for utilizing this process for other issues like 5G towers, and children’s health.
