Note, EWEB has been extremely aggressive in replacing analog meters with Smart Meters. This will happen while you are at work or away without notice.
You can try hanging up this sign (Do Not Install Notice) laminated next to your meter and sending via registered mail or delivering in person this letter (Do Not Install Letter) to the EWEB office at 4200 Roosevelt Boulevard Eugene, OR 97402 . Make sure to keep your copy of the registered mail receipt from the post office with the verification that the letter was received by EWEB.
You can also deliver the previous form to EWEB after you and your neighbors sign it.
